Terms & Conditions – Morocco Drawing Retreat

1. General Conditions

Morocco Drawing Retreat is subdivided into 2 parts:

Trip Part: Anything related to the trip, like accommodations, food, transports, itinerary, local guides, tickets. This part is entirely managed by Tedrart Corp (tedrart.com). Andrea Deng Art is not responsible for the arrangement and the fees collection of the Trip part.

Teaching Part: Anything related to workshops and teaching. The arrangement and fees collection of the Teaching Part is managed by Andrea Deng Art.

To finalize the registration of the Morocco Drawing Retreat, the registration and fees payment of both parts needs to be completed.

This Term and Conditions is referring only to the Teaching Part. For the Trip Part Terms and Conditions please visit the trip page on Tedrart.com

2. Teaching Part Registration and Payment

• €350 Teaching Fee deposit is required to secure your spot. The deposit is fully refundable before the trip gets confirmed (minus the transaction fee in case of Pay Pal transfer). Once the trip is confirmed the deposit cannot be refunded
• €349 (Early Bird Price) / €549 (Regular Price) to be paid at least 45 days before the start of the workshop.
• Accompanying person = 100 € deposit, to be paid at the registration.
• Payments will be invoiced in EUR or GBP, based on the selected payment method and exchange rate at the time of payment.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If you cancel before the trip status is Confirmed, any payments made, including the deposit, can be fully refunded (minus the transaction fee in case of Pay Pal transfer).
• If you cancel after the trip status is Confirmed the deposit will not be refunded.
• If you cancel within 45 days of departure, no refunds will be issued. Partial refund may be considered if your spot is filled.
• No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, or missed activities during the retreat.

4. Conduct and Responsibilities

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards fellow participants, staff, and local communities.
• The teacher reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour without a refund.
• Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The teacher is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

5. Force Majeure

• The teacher is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or travel restrictions.
• In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule or provide alternative solutions, but refunds will not be provided.

6. Content Sharing

I authorize Andrea Deng Art to publish photos and videos taken during the workshops and on which I appear, on websites and social networks.

7. Agreement
