Landscape from Queensland

In this session we will draw a series of breath-taking views of Queensland in ink and watercolour.

We will start drawing few sceneries in simplified ways. You will learn how to observe and represent tones and shading in watercolour. In the final sketch we will add more details and animation in order to make the drawing stand out. 

You can find attached below the reference images, the final drawings and the colour palette I used in this session. I have added few more details in fountain pen over the last sketch to add more definition to the drawing and also added a map with the places of the sceneries.
