Zojoji Temple – Tokyo

In this workshop we will draw the famous Zoji-ji Temple in Tokyo, a traditional temple in the heart of the city near Tokyo Tower. This temple has been featured in many prints from Edo-Period, including famous artists like Hiroshige and Hasui.

I will give you an introduction to composition and how to frame the scenery. We will learn how to draw traditional japanese architecture and adding more expressivity with the use of contrast.
